Our Values
Although we believe values are largely personal, we do share several common values related to our engineering work:
- We measure a project’s success by whether or not we are hired for repeat work by our clients. Our hope is that this will align our values with the values of our clients over time.
- We set a very high ethical bar by avoiding two industry standard business practices which we consider to be corrupt: (1) making campaign contributions to client agencies; and (2) revolving door hiring.
- We value continuous learning and assist our engineers to further expand their skills with a unique professional development program.
