We are a civil engineering consulting firm located in the historic Lucky Lager building in downtown Vancouver, Washington. We have been providing a broad array of general civil engineering services to government and industry since 1984.

We model ourselves after the civil engineers of the early 20th century. Like them, our engineers spend a considerable amount of time in the field managing the construction of their design projects.  Also like them, we view engineering from the ground up instead of from the design manual down.
